The BodyMind Connection
Releasing FAT

Diet being defined as: what you consume,
nothing more nothing less.

TO BE ACCOMPLISHED IN CONJUNCTION WITH A DETOXIFICATION / PURIFICATION PLAN OR FOLLOWING A COMPLETE DETOXIFICATION. (Click Here)

Make a 21 day commitment to (Finding Nutritional Balance). Listen to your body and try to meet its exact nutritional needs. Write (FNB) 21 times on your calendar and mark off each day that you achieve this objective.

Exercise increases the likelihood of losing weight and keeping it off because it boosts your mood and self-esteem. Exercise can give you a sense of control that in turn, improves your self-concept.

Morning - Start the morning with a full meal replacement, totally nutritious, great tasting shake. Start the morning with a Pro-thin (vanilla or chocolate) full meal replacement shake (240 calories per serving). Pro-Thin contains complex carbohydrates 22 grams of which 10 are dietary fiber and do not need to be counted as part of your carbohydrate consumption. Fiber by nature cannot be broken down and therefore provides no calories. Pro-Thin also has 16 grams of protein plus fat in a sensible 62/24/13 percent ratio. Add in 1 tbl spoon of Barleen's Flax seed oil. Add in 1 Tablespoon of Carlson's Cod Liver oil (lemon flavored). (water, milk or soy milk) I recommend soy milk.

1 cup of herbal tea if desired. (if sweetening is desired use Stevia)

Vegetables and fruits only.

Water is the only beverage through out the day.

Salads can have unlimited fresh vegetables. (no nuts, seeds, beans, etc.)

Steamed vegetables are recommended along with your salad at dinner.

  • Kale
  • Broccoli
  • Swiss Chard
  • Brussels Sprouts
  • Asparagus
  • Cabbage and Onions

Red, Yellow, and Green peppers, along with onions, tomatoes, mushrooms, spinach, mixed greens, etc., can also be added to your salads.
