The Spot Therapy and Poker Chips have two sides. The Bio-North on the Spot Therapy Magnets is identified with

Many users believe that the Bio-North pole produces a calming aff
ect and that the Bio-South pole is stimulating. Many believe that the North Pole relaxes muscles and enhances blood
flow, as well as inhibits stress and inflammation. The common view is that the South pole is stimulating. Scientific
evidence supporting either view is not available, however it is usually suggested that the conventional wisdom
be utilized and that the north pole be applied to the body, unless you have a specific reason to apply the south
pole.
Magnets are frequently applied over trigger points and accupressure points. For direct application they can be
applied directly over the treatment site. Strong finger pressure can be used to locate the center of the discomfort
or painful area. These powerful neodymium magnets penetrate deeper than other magnet types, and are ideally suited
to position over the site of discomfort.
To use the magnets, tape them with any medical adhesive tape from the drugstore. You want to center them over the
painful site, or the trigger point. You can wear the magnets day or night, and most people leave them on in the
shower as well. The tape should be changed after several days.
